How to Make a Cigarette Pack Wallet Cut two identical 8.5 by 11 inch pieces of clear contact paper. Each sheet should be the same size as a sheet of basic copy paper. Remove the paper backing from one of the sheets and lay the nonstick side down on a flat surface. Arrange your cigarette pack fronts on the contact paper. The front side of the cigarette pack should be facing the sticky side of the contact paper and you should see the plain back side of the label facing you. Use your hot glue gun to create another layer of pack sides. You can use the back portion of the cigarette pack or you can cut additional front sides. This time, the labels should be facing up toward you. Remove the paper backing from your second sheet of contact paper and lay it directly over the first sheet. You should have cigarette pack labels showing through both sides of the clear contact paper. Trim any edges that do not match up perfectly. Fold your contact paper/cigarette label sheet horizontally (long ways). Use a ruler or a pencil to flatten the fold crease. Use a needle and thread to stitch the two sides of your folded contact paper together. Do not stitch the top shut. Fold the wallet horizontally again so that the two stitched sides of the wallet meet up. Use your ruler or pencil to flatten out this new crease. Once you have completed this step, your wallet is ready to use.
